Mortgage Interest Rates – ECB to Cut Rates?

Anyone on a tracker mortgage should benefit from any rate cut, however for those on variable rates any rate cut depends on whether the financial institution they hold their mortgage with passes on that rate cut. Let’s hope the ECB do their bit first!
